This diploma thesis deals with a marketing mix of a specific company. In the first part, there is a theoretical base needed for understanding the process. The second part analyses the current situation in the overall business environment. As a result of the research, there is a third part of the diploma thesis suggesting improvements in specific parts of the marketing mix.

This diploma thesis focuses on analyzing limitations of marketing communication of Služby Blansko, Ltd. It tries to establish how these shortcomings could be eliminated and in achieving these goal different tools like marketing mix analysis is used. Based on the feedbacks from the customers and discussion with the management of the company, some measures on how to properly react to each individual customer demand and increase attendance and popularity of Služby Blansko, Ltd. were suggested.

The submitted master´s thesis deals with the proposal for the improvement of marketing mix in selected company. First part focuses on theoretical knowledge from the domain of marketing and selected analysis. Second part consists of analysis regarding external and internal environment of the chosen company. Final part suggests improvements of the current state of extended marketing mix, including evaluation of the consequences of the proposed solution.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a business plan to establish a photographic store in Brno. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part explains basic terminology related to strategic management and strategic analysis. A quantitative research, analysis of internal and external environment and a stakeholder analysis, which revealed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the business, is broken down in an analytical part of the thesis. Then financial analysis follows. Specific strategies, which are based on these factors, are designed in order to successfully start the business. The last part discusses designated solutions.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business strategy for a hotel located in Southern Moravia. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The basic termi-nology of strategic management is explained in the first part, Literary Review. The second part deals with the analysis of internal and external environment and anal-ysis of the key stakeholders as well, which reveal strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats. Based on results from analyses, SWOT is compiled and then, strategies are proposed. The results are served as a basis for the develop-ment of the business owner. The last part discusses the designed solutions.

Goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to create business strategy, which would serve to improve situation of family florist shop in Bučovice. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal part. Theoretical part explains terms, which are connected to strategic management. Analytical part describes environment of florist shop and influences that affect it. There are also revealed motives of stakehold-ers. The strategy is in harmony with these motives, so it will be easier to imple-ment strategy. Proposal part is based on analytical part and consists of strategies, which will help to succeed in competition and in ideal state to help with long-term running on market. In conclusion results are discussed and moves to implement strategy are recommended.

Abstract Balážová, Soňa. Business strategy of company ABC s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a business strategic plan for a newly opened store of the company ABC s.r.o.. The thesis consists of tree main parts. The literary research describes basic terminology of strategic management. In the ana-lytic part are done analysis of internal and external environment of the company which, together with the analysis of interest groups brings opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. In the suggestion part, which is based upon the analytic part, based on the factors, are suggested strategic aims which help the company to get closer to its aim. The thesis is ended with a discussion concerning the proposed aims and the conclusion.

Chládková, M. „Marketing mix in selected retail store“. Bachelor Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. This bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the current marketing mix of a selected retail store. Its aim is to improve selected elements of current extended marketing mix. Proposals are based on the analysis of external environment, competition and market research. In order to fulfil the aim of the thesis, a literature review is carried out, within which the basic concepts are defined. Individual methods of analysis such as PESTE, Porter's five driving forces model, competition analysis and EFE matrix are applied in the results of the work. The store's internal environment was explored by using an expanded marketing mix. A questionnaire survey was used to make recommendations for improvement and to identify the target customer. The most appropriate proposals are assessed from the economical point of view.

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing communication for family business CLIP Luhačovice, which should lead to increase in general brand awareness of this company. For this purpose the thesis works with environment analysis using Porter's model of competitive forces, PESTE analysis and extended marketing mix. Marketing communication was suggested based on findings provided by these analyses and afterwards the financial difficulties were calculated.
